Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and we may no longer be able to accommodate your request.

If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged if:

  • It arrives physically broken, or
  • It has a manufacturing defect

Please note that damage to outer packaging during shipping (such as dents or scratches to the box) is not considered product damage if the item itself remains in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@restauracare.com and include a clear photo of the damage.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Misuse
  • Accidental damage after delivery

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

RestAura is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or affected by courier-related issues once shipped.

If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may be unable to resend or refund the order.
