Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier during transit. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at: hello@restauracare.com
We will do our best to assist you and work with the courier to help locate your shipment.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim, as most shipping providers have procedures for lost or stolen packages.

- In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances
If a package cannot be located, you may also consider filing a police report with your local authorities.
